NBA players and professional players at all levels come to the EDGE Training Facility to improve their games and to prepare for summer league, training camp, and for their upcoming professional seasons. NBA and WNBA veterans, international stars and young professional players have trained with the staff of the EDGE Training Facility. Led by former NBA star, WNBA Head Coach and NBA TV and Radio Analyst, Dee Brown, the EDGE Training Facility provides all of the necessary tools for professional players to continue their development and enhance their basketball careers.
Our EDGE Training Facility staff will focus on each individual player, creating a customized program to maximize development and career enhancement. Each professional player receives a detailed analysis of individual skills, needs and goals. Every drill on the court, each prescribed exercise, lift or movement, mental preparation and off-court programs are designed to address the goals and needs of that individual player – resulting in maximum sustained results and improved performance on the basketball court

Professional Training – Program Outline
On Court Workouts
Players at the EDGE Training Facility participate in two on-court workouts per day. Workouts are customized to address the needs of each player, and are designed to build and enhance skill and performance levels that lead directly to improved game production. Skill work is broken down into position specific dynamic drill sequences, which focus on each player’s unique performance goals. Our staff concentrates on each individual player in very specific ways in regard to his position and role on his team, and we work on a daily basis to enhance skills and expand each player’s game.
Weight and Performance Training
Players participate in daily basketball specific lifts, movements and exercises designed to address specific needs for each individual, with the result being a much quicker, faster, stronger and more explosive and controlled basketball player who is better prepared to compete against the best athletes in the world.
